Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, which kind of work you do, the building you work in if you give it, and your message. Nothing on this site asks for anything else.

Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs of requests to the site. Those logs include IP addresses and browser user-agent strings, and they are created for every website on the internet whether or not anyone looks at them. We do not read them routinely and we do not join them to anything you send us.

What we do not collect

• No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no tracker of any kind.
• No cookies. This site does not set any.
• No third-party fonts or scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not tell anyone else you visited.
• No accounts, so no passwords and no profiles.

Where your message goes

A submitted form is emailed to both founders through Resend, an email delivery service, and lands in our inboxes. The site itself stores nothing — there is no database behind this page.

That means two companies handle your data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and server logs) and Resend (sending the email). Both publish their own privacy terms.

Why we have it

To reply to you, and to understand what independent beauty professionals need from the product. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else, and we will not add you to a mailing list because you asked us a question.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in our email until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer useful to the conversation it belongs to. Vercel’s request logs expire on their own retention schedule, which we do not control.

Getting it deleted

Ask, and we will delete it. Call 801-822-2274 or send a message through the form saying so. You can also ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you. You do not need to give a reason and there is no form to fill in.

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We are a two-person company at an early stage; this page describes what the site does today, not what a larger company might do later.
